Things I've built
Automations built two ways: client and personal projects under JanriTech Automations, and operational workflows built on the job to make SOC/NOC teams faster.
JanriTech client & personal projects
6 liveGated CV Download & AI Assistant
The CV download on this page and the chat widget in the corner both run on n8n workflows. Downloading the CV validates the visitor's email against a real DNS MX lookup before releasing the file, and notifies me by email. The chat assistant is grounded in my actual CV and portfolio data through the Gemini API, so it answers questions about my background accurately instead of generically.
Hatod-Sugat Motorcycle-Taxi Platform
Passenger, driver, and admin portals on one shared backend, built for a single local city rather than a national market. Map-based booking with real road routing through a self-hosted OSRM engine, live GPS tracking over Socket.IO during an active ride, and a driver-side digital wallet that deducts a per-kilometer commission automatically. Wallet cash-ins reuse the same bank-email payment verification pattern built for Brent & Blair below.
Brent & Blair POS + Anti-Fraud Ordering
Complete ordering and point-of-sale system for a food stall business: live kitchen board, inventory control, staff roles, and digital receipts. The standout piece reads the business's own bank confirmation emails through n8n and matches them against customer-typed references before any order is accepted, blocking fake or unpaid orders without a commercial payment gateway.
PHIVolcs Monitoring
Pulls official PHIVOLCS bulletins for Mayon, Kanlaon, and Taal, summarizes each with Claude, and routes every summary through a Telegram approval step before anything posts publicly — a deliberate human-in-the-loop for public safety information.
Travel Authorization Automation
Triggered by a standard "Approved Travel" ticket, parses traveler/destination/client into structured fields, generates the authorization document, and files it directly into the correct client folder in IT Glue.
JT Automations Facebook Engine
Pulls local weather data, has Claude write copy, and renders it into a finished graphic, then posts automatically to the JT Automations Facebook page on a daily schedule, unattended.
Operational automations (SOC / NOC)
6 deployedNOC Follow-Up Reminder
Runs every 12 hours, checks an Excel incident tracker in SharePoint for items flagged "Follow up," and posts a formatted reminder with incident details to the NOC team's Teams chat — keeping outstanding tickets visible without anyone checking a spreadsheet manually.
Inbox Noise Filter
Watches the NOC/SOC shared mailboxes for new mail, checks sender and subject against a whitelist (health-check reports, daily summaries, etc.), and only surfaces genuinely actionable emails to the team in Teams — cutting inbox noise at the source.
Peer Recognition Bot
Runs weekly, tallies peer-nomination votes from an Excel tracker, and posts a summary to Teams highlighting the top analysts for the team's BlueTeam Ally badge.
PSIRT Advisory Notifier
Triggers on new Fortinet PSIRT advisory emails and immediately posts a formatted summary (sender, subject, preview) to Teams, so security advisories get reviewed the same day they're published.
Shift Tools Check-In
Posts a recurring adaptive card every 12 hours asking the on-shift analyst to confirm the midnight tools check. A click captures name and timestamp and posts confirmation back to the chat — simple accountability without a manual log.
Booking-to-Telegram Notifier
Watches Gmail for Calendly booking or interview-invite emails, sends the content to Gemini AI for a concise summary, and delivers it to Telegram in real time with event type, attendee, date, and time.
